Sometimes it’s easy to get SO focused on our goals or what we WANT to achieve that we lose sight of what we HAVE and what we’ve already ACCOMPLISHED. I mean, you’ve already come THIS far, haven’t you?
Think about it: the things you have now are the things you wanted yesterday. We are constantly evolving. Our wants and needs change all the time.
APPRECIATION is “recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something.”
Find the GOOD. Recognize how FAR you’ve come — and be GRATEFUL for your journey so far.
GRATITUDE is defined as “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.”
