Let’s be honest — the past couple of years have felt like a blur, haven’t they? But hey — here we are, at the start of another year.
Don’t stress over “resolutions.” Don’t feel pressure to “make this the year” you do something “great.” I mean, you got THIS far, didn’t you? That’s pretty extraordinary in itself. Give yourself credit!
As someone who lives with chronic pain and illness, I know what it’s like to struggle with everyday tasks. And these past two years have certainly been challenging, to say the least!
It was a BIG year for me and my family. A new home. New friends. New neighbors. New opportunities. With so many things happening at once, sometimes it can feel overwhelming. But now that the dust has settled, I’m looking forward to making the most of the opportunities that lie ahead — and making sure I celebrate small victories along the way.
• Give yourself credit for what you’re able to do, when you’re able to do it.
• Getting through the tough stuff makes you really appreciate what you have and what you’ve accomplished.
I’m going into the new year with a humble sense of gratitude for what I’ve already done, and the life I’ve lived — and look forward to celebrating all that’s to come.
Let’s do this. 🙏❤️ #PSNeverGiveUp
