It might feel like you’re at the mercy of fate. The truth is? You’re not.
Looking back, it seems like I spent an awful lot of time just waiting for things to happen. It wasn’t for lack of motivation or determination — I just didn’t know any better.
Personally AND professionally, it’s easy to WAIT for the next “big thing” or life-changing event to just HAPPEN. It might feel like you’re at the mercy of FATE.
👉 The simple truth is, you’re not.
What I’ve learned, through trial and error and by watching others, is that you absolutely can MAKE things happen.
It takes a lot of soul-searching and self-discovery, but once you narrow down what it is you really want, you’ll find a way to make it happen for yourself.

💪 I’m also getting into the best shape of my life.
